01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phwon ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phwon online gaming platform available at phwon.cam.

By creating a phwon account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all players, including residents of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is legally permitted.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with phwon's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules posted on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game or bonus rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the phwon Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account with phwon, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the phwon Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phwon does not offer its services in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and phwon accepts no liability in such circumstances.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a phwon account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number;
• Not be an existing holder of a phwon account (one account per individual is permitted);
• Not be a person who has previously had a phwon account closed for breach of these Terms;
• Not be included on any self-exclusion register or gambling exclusion list applicable to Philippine online gaming;
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of phwon or any of its affiliated companies or gaming software providers.

2.4 KYC Verification

phwon is required by law to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide phwon with any documentation reasonably requested for KYC verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required. phwon reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access until KYC requirements are satisfactorily met.

03 Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phwon account. Operating multiple accounts, or allowing a third party to use your account, is a material breach of these Terms. phwon uses automated and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phwon reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwon login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. phwon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your phwon account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to keep your phwon account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal details change (such as your email address, phone number, or registered address), you must update your account information promptly. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

A phwon account that has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phwon reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. No dormancy fee will reduce an account balance below zero.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phwon accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay. Payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at phwon's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 PHP. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 PHP. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your phwon account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from phwon are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• phwon reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

phwon does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder. Any deposit found to originate from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phwon offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, as well as these general Terms. By accepting any bonus from phwon, you agree to be bound by all applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each phwon player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. phwon reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any specific promotion. Players who, in phwon's reasonable opinion, are abusing bonus offers (including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses) will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by phwon carry an expiry period, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings shall be forfeited. phwon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

phwon offers a range of online gaming products including, but not limited to, live casino games, RNG table games, slot games, bingo, and specialty card games. Game availability may vary and is subject to change. phwon does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game or game category.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game session, phwon reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return any wagers placed to the player's account balance. phwon's decision in such circumstances is final. Claims relating to alleged technical malfunctions must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the event.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the phwon Platform and are displayed within each game interface. Players who attempt to place bets exceeding the posted limits will have their wagers rejected. phwon reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at any time.

6.4 Game Outcomes

All RNG-based games on phwon use independently certified Random Number Generator technology to determine outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are captured by multiple HD camera feeds. phwon makes no guarantee of any specific outcome for any game. Gaming is inherently a form of entertainment involving risk, and players may lose the amounts they wager.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwon Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or using a phwon account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one phwon account, whether alone or in concert with others;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, robots, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including charge-back fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain;
• Using the phwon Platform to engage in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward phwon staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

phwon is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform offers the following player protection tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term exclusion from the phwon Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phwon Platform, including but not limited to the phwon brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of phwon or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of phwon.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phwon's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phwon account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phwon shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages;
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party game providers;
• Any actions or omissions of payment service providers used in connection with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by phwon's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

phwon collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a phwon account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

phwon is committed to protecting the personal data of its players and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws. Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.

12 Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your phwon account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.2 Closure by phwon

phwon reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud;
• Receipt of a request or direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court;
• Concerns regarding money laundering or illegal financial activity;
• Risk management considerations at phwon's sole discretion.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, phwon reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will not be returned.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to phwon's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phwon's support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. phwon will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phwon reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their phwon account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice of no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the phwon Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
